Metal Roofing details →This is the decision homeowners agonise over most, and it usually comes down to four questions. How old is the roof? Is the damage in one place or across several elevations? Are the shingles still flexible and covered in granules, or brittle and bare? And has water reached the decking underneath? A roof with useful life left and one isolated failure is a repair. A roof with granule loss across the field, brittle shingles and water staining on the underside of the deck is telling you it is finished.
Anyone who answers those questions without getting on the roof is guessing. Our inspection produces photographs of what was actually found — top side and attic side — plus a remaining-life estimate you can argue with. If you want the numbers first, start with our roofing cost guide, which breaks down where the money goes on both repairs and replacements.
If water is entering right now, you need the emergency line. If you have a single leak, a missing patch of shingles or a failed flashing, start with roof repair — it is the cheapest path and it is where a good contractor tells you honestly whether it is enough. If the roof is past twenty years, has failed in several places or the surface is brittle, roof replacement is usually the sounder spend. If you simply do not know, book an inspection: it answers the question with evidence instead of a sales pitch.
Yes. Most of our work is single-family residential, but we also roof multi-family buildings, small commercial premises, churches and light industrial buildings — including flat and low-slope systems such as TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen.
Yes, and most customers do. The crew works outside, access and parking are agreed in advance, and the main disruption is noise and the need to keep pets and children clear of the drop zone while material is being moved.
Inspections and written estimates are free with no obligation. The exceptions are specialist diagnostics such as a full moisture survey, which we will price before doing.
