1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any services arranged through it. By using the site or calling the number published here, you accept them. They do not replace any written agreement, scope of work or warranty document issued for a specific job — where those documents apply, they take precedence.
2. What we do
Lakeway Roofing arranges roofing services: intake, inspection booking, documentation and dispatch. The physical roofing work is carried out by independent, licensed and insured roofing contractors in our network. Contractor licensing and insurance are maintained by the contractor performing the work in the state where the work is performed, and documentation is available on request.
3. Estimates and pricing
Inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Where hidden conditions are discovered during work — damaged sheathing, deteriorated framing, concealed flashing defects — the additional cost will be explained and approved by you before the work proceeds. Verbal figures are indicative only; only a written scope and price is binding.
4. Insurance claims
We document damage and provide reports, photographs and measurements, but you file and own your insurance claim. We do not adjust claims, we do not guarantee any claim outcome, and we do not offer to waive or absorb insurance deductibles. Any representation to the contrary by a third party is not authorised by us.
5. Scheduling, weather and access
Scheduling windows are estimates made in good faith and can be affected by weather, material availability, permit timelines and conditions discovered on site. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the roof, including the ability to place ladders, load materials and park a dumpster or work vehicle where local rules allow.
6. Warranties
Materials carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which must be registered in the property owner’s name. Workmanship coverage for installation is provided as stated in the written scope for your job. Warranties do not cover damage from new storms, impacts, neglect, modifications by others, or failure to maintain the roof and its drainage.
7. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the written scope for your job. Where a deposit is required, the amount and its purpose are documented before work begins. We do not require full payment in cash before work commences, and we do not condition an estimate on signing anything on the spot.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled inspection at no cost. Cancellation of contracted work is governed by the terms in your written scope and by applicable law in your state, including any statutory right of cancellation.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeway Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for work performed negligently by a contractor we dispatch.
